The one-man shop Doug Barr opened in 1953 was incorporated as an employee-owned firm in 1966 and has since grown to over 350 people. But Doug’s ideals remain firmly in place: Treat all employees like adults and expect them to work responsibly, while providing an environment that enables them to do their best work.
