Job Description
Position Title: Flexographic Print Press Operator - 2nd + 3rd Shift
Wage: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd, 3rd
Hours: 2:00pm-10:00am (Mon-Fri); 10:00pm-6:00am (Sun-Thurs)

Flexographic Print Press Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Setup, operate, monitor, and maintain printing press.
- Follow work instructions on job ticket.
- Independently, perform changeover functions on equipment.
- Follow quality procedures and perform product inspection as necessary.
- Achieve standards for output, waste, and quality inspection as necessary.
- Accurately complete documents at press, quality inspection signoffs on order.
Flexographic Print Press Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Machine Operating: 1 year (Required).
- Flexo press: 1 year (Required).
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to self-motivate and be industrious.
- Ability to read, print, do basic math.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
