We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full time Senior Marketing Coordinator in St. Louis, MO. The primary role of a Senior Marketing Coordinator will be a self-starter capable of delivering creative ideas and campaigns across all channels and media that are within brand and on strategy, time and budget. Responsible for design projects including marketing collateral, signage, presentations, advertising, social media and the Concordance website. The ideal candidate can work on tight deadlines, has an exceptional eye for design and can articulate ideas well. They will also have a great passion for social media marketing.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for creating and developing content, including designing a wide variety of materials across digital and offline media that align with the goals and objectives of Concordance Healthcare Solutions. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing and collaborate with leaders across the organization to create strategic campaigns that address customer pain points and industry trends.

  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information/materials and translating complex concepts into simple and compelling design work.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts including social graphics, infographics, vector illustrations, logos, presentations, web graphics, simple motion graphics and print layouts.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments to build/conceptualize content and execute effectively.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current design trends and their potential application to our brand.
  • Working with marketing team to develop, implement and manage social media calendar and strategy.
  • Creating and executing email marketing campaigns, social media advertising and other digital marketing programs.
  • Scheduling social media posts and blog articles.
  • Measuring the success of digital campaigns by analyzing user engagement and content optimization.
  • Coordinating with outside agencies (printers, promo companies) as necessary.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Contribute Annual Meeting committee member.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    What You will Need to be Successful:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
    • 3 years of experience in graphic design and content creation or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills
    • Has a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio with a strong eye for visual composition.
    • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements and digital design.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to think and communicate creatively and strategically.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills and issue resolution.
    • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
    • Able to work collaboratively, quickly and creatively under deadlines.
    • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office and HubSpot Inbound Marketing software.
    • Proficiency in social media marketing including reporting on social and digital analytics using native platforms and HubSpot.
    • Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
    • Video editing software experience a plus.
    • Web design & development skills a plus: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
    • Willingness to contribute new ideas and feedback related to potential areas for improvements.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
