Job Description

Perform a variety of professional, technical and analytical compensation and classification activities related to Rabobank's global compensation framework for the North America region.

You and Your Job:

As the Compensation Analyst, you will excel in analyzing, designing and administering our employer compensation programs, salary structures and variable pay programs. You will also contribute to job evaluations, job grade determinations, market research and pay equity analysis. Your work will affect employees across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and implementing the annual and mid-year Compensation Review processes.
  • Perform grade evaluations by analyzing position to determine the scope of the responsibilities and requirements. As necessary, modify or create new job description to accurately reflect the roles, responsibilities and recommendations.
  • Maintain and ensure consistent application of classifications standards for all job classes whether that be for new positions, requests for adjustments or periodic reviews.
  • Recommend, develop, implement and manage employee compensation salary structures and plans.
  • Review a wide range of relevant compensation data to ensure the company's remuneration policies are competitive.
  • Analyze internal and external salary statistics, including results of compensation surveys, and contribute company data to external compensation surveys.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience including:
    • Compensation experience
    • Job grading experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field or equivalent experience

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range:$80,000 - $105,000

This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank's compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
