You and Your Job:

As a Customer Due Diligence (CDD)/Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Advisory Analyst you will be successful by assisting the Rural CDD/EDD Manager with the day-to-day functioning of the BSA/AML Compliance program for Rabo AgriFinance (RAF) and ensuring that RAF operates in accordance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.

As a member of the CDD/EDD Team of the BSA/AML Compliance department, you'll provide guidance, training, and monitoring to the Rabo AgriFinance business. In this position, you'll serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on a regular basis; perform second line monitoring reviews; develop and maintain policies and procedures; create and deliver targeted training; and participate in BSA/AML Compliance projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Rural CDD/EDD Manager and assist with the successful management of Customer Identification Program/Know Your Customer (CIP/KYC) requirements for RAF.
  • Conduct second line monitoring reviews to confirm appropriate client risk rating and evaluation of risks by the Client Onboarding (COB) and Input Finance (IF) teams.
  • Perform supplemental supervisory reviews on high risk clients.
  • Train and support business stakeholders and fellow CDD/EDD Team members.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for advice on CIP/KYC and BSA/AML risk factors.

Your Promise to Us

To be considered for the CDD / EDD Advisory Analyst role, you must have

  • Some professional experience in BSA/AML or Sanctions Compliance or closely related area (fraud investigation, internal compliance review/audit, law enforcement, compliance consulting, research in relevant field, etc.) required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years financial institution experience OR equivalent financial institution experience (6+ years) OR advanced degree.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $65,000 - $85,000

This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank's compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
