Ability to work assigned hours/days and report to work on-time
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Build/pick orders for dock routes in a timely and accurate manner
• Ability to handle keg products
• Pick bottle orders using Pick 2 Voice system
• Responsible for loading product on trucks and organizing according to loading standards.
• Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, slip-sheet lift, clamp truck, and floor scrubber, as needed
• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and report any deficiencies
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
• Safe and proper handling of product, including replenishment of product locations
• Meet and maintain all productivity standards
• Able to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training
• Experience operating material handling equipment
• WMS experience preferred
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

Physical Demands of Job:

• Carrying and lifting of up to 65 pounds to perform various duties as assigned for extended periods
• Ability to move full kegs (160lbs)
• Frequent reaching with intermittent reaching overhead
• Standing for extended periods of time to perform various duties
• Walking for extended periods of time to perform various duties
• Frequent squatting and/or bending to perform various duties as assigned
