This opportunity is in the Business Optimization Transformation Department.

Role Description:

In the role of Facilities Coordinator you will be part of Business Optimization Transformation Department. In this position you will be responsible for handling a variety of facilities-related administrative tasks, mainly supporting the St. Louis campus.

Some of the essential functions in this role are:

  • Triage all incoming email to SN Facilities and Facilities Billing
  • Monitor vendor service agreement expiration dates
    • Contact vendors for RFP's as needed
    • Move new vendors through SN's Vendor Management Program
    • Monitor vendor COI expiration dates
  • Input maintenance work orders in MaintainX system and assist Maintenance team with any recurring work order data entry
  • Coordinate all conference room and Learning Center setups and schedule with Janitorial and Maintenance
  • Open move tickets for new hires and internal moves
    • Keep floorplans current, including branch offices

Qualifications:

Education:

College education preferred, or appropriate combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications:

  • College education preferred, or appropriate combination of education and experience
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail and ability to monitor and maintain records related to facilities activities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Must exhibit enthusiasm, professional appearance, friendliness, positive attitude and be customer service oriented
  • Excellent communicator and listener

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience. Previous facilities administrative experience preferred
  • Must be conscientious and reliable, providing as much advance notice of absences as possible
  • General knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, and computer technology applications
  • Keyboard skills

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
