Who we are looking for:

The Campaign Specialist is responsible for operationalizing campaign strategies outlined by the Campaign Strategist and Campaign Manager. The Campaign Specialist is part of a team that supports the campaign objectives and goals and who assists with the execution and measurement of the campaign's media plans.

This role works closely with trafficking and managing creative edits to develop final creative assets. This role requires an individual who is familiar with various creative and media channels and is eager to learn to develop, measure and optimize integrated, Omni channel campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Operationalize campaign goals, execution, and measurement of campaign media plans
  • Develops data requests at the direction of the Campaign Strategist and Campaign Manager
  • Maintains/reviews client mark ups, traffics creative versions, proofs to internal teams and clients
  • Finalizes Omni Channel assets for production
  • Understands and manages client brand standards and disclaimer requirements
  • Develops, maintains, and procures client approval of asset guides
  • Detailed knowledge of CMS regulations and adherence
  • Translates media and mail plans into the List Pull Matrix, coordinates with internal teams
  • Execution of Channel Setup:
    • Assists in development of seminar strategies
    • Assists and loads the Event and Sales Market set-up
    • Maintains tracking spreadsheets for TFN and URL tracking codes
    • Manages, reviews, and approves proofs
    • Prepares RFQs for Omni channel production
    • QC's client Omni Channel data
  • Aids in gathering of campaign performance reporting and analysis, and providing to internal team members
  • Manages internal expectations
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 1 year of related industry experience
  • Ability to work on a PC platform with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Proactive learner
  • Understanding of the direct marketing channel a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Ability to communication and ask internal team members for help
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively take direction in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of completion
  • Strong focus on attention to detail and driving results
  • Experience facilitating team and/or client communication
  • Good problem-solving abilities/innovative solutions to project challenges
  • Ability to adhere to processes yet remain flexible enough to recommend client specific process adjustments
  • Ability to facilitate seamless hand-offs among the project team and between stakeholders
  • Ability to impact and influence project outcomes
