This opportunity is in the Information Technology Department.

Role Description:

In the role of EDI Operations Coordinator, you will be part of a robust team that value the Core Values of Safety National: Relationships, Integrity, Teamwork, Balance, and Stability. Additionally, you will be accountable in conjunction with the EDI Intake Team, for receiving accurate data from external parties. You will work closely with the Manager, EDI Operations along with the EDI Intake Team to help ensure the integrity of data for reporting and analytical purposes. Your contributions of Investigating and identifying EDI data quality issues will be felt throughout Safety National.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as an EDI Operations Coordinator will include being held accountable for quality and analysis of production EDI data. This position partners with assigned business units and helps to provide accurate data to support the best possible business decisions. The ideal EDI Operations coordinator will identify and drive continuous improvements in the quality and availability of EDI data. You will additionally investigate and identify EDI data quality issues. Seek out the root cause of data problems and develop a recommendation on how to resolve issues, Partner with data source stakeholders and supervisors to implement resolutions. You may also be assigned various projects like, helping maintain policy/client cross reference data within proprietary applications and reviewing and verifying client specific coding and mapping.

The ideal candidate is someone with 4+ years of experience in a business or administrative capacity. Some of the essentials skills required of you in this role are, being dependable, detail oriented, analytical, organized and self-motivated with excellent technical and communication skills. Prior experience with Windows Excel, Word and Outlook is required.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 or more years of experience in a business or administrative capacity.
  • Position requires an individual who is dependable, detail oriented, analytical, organized, and self-motivated with excellent technical and communication skills.
  • Advanced in the use of Windows Excel, Work and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target salary range for this position is $49,000 - $76,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
