Advanced Credit

Job Description

The person in this position will:

  • Create, maintain, and update the schedule for the Advanced Credit Program both as a spreadsheet and online in MyView.
  • Track, distributes, and processes scholarships to students, prospective and current adjunct instructors, and high school contacts.
  • Process student refunds, track enrollment history, document mid-semester and final enrollment numbers for each course, calculate program income, and manage third party invoices.
  • Answering emails and phone calls from students, parents, and other stakeholders is expected.
  • Effectively communicate with faculty/staff at partner schools regularly.
  • May serve as an informal resource for less experienced team members.

Shift

M-F; 8am - 5pm /40 hours

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $16.22 - $19.19 hourly
Grade: GGS-007
